Palas Mall, o noua fata a targului Iassy-lor

In sunet de fanfara, binecuvantat de preoti, insusit de politicieni dar mai ales vizitat de ieseni, vinei 31 MAI 2012 s-a taiat panglica celui mai amplu proiect urbanistic din Romania recenta.

Palas MALL, repune IASI-ul pe harta investitorilor in succes, cu un proiect premiat la Cannes, un proiect destul de controversat dar care are misiunea de a reconstrui economic nu doar un targ ci o intreaga regiune.

Scoala de arhitectura a POLITEHNICII Iasi l-a desenat, o mana de oameni sub bagheta lui Iulian Dascalu (Oana Diaconescu, Mihaela Manole, Liliana Rusu, Gabriel Iatco, Radu Hritcu, Catalin Croitoru) l-au construit, o suma de retaileri locali vizionari (Benvenuti, Gatta, Animax, Noriel, Kitchen Shop, Carturesti, Librarium, Il Passo, Jolidon), impreuna cu nelipsitiele vedete multinationale (H&M, C&A, L.C. Waikiki, Zara cu puii de aur, Swarovsky, Douglas), si-au amenajat pravaliile pentru ca o mare de vizitatori si cumparatori sa se adune vineri pe locul fostului strand local pentru a simti noul, vigurorul puls al targului.

Dulcele targ al Iesilor trimite prin insusi numele istoric de targ, (targovet) la functia de comert, negot si mai nou RETAIL. Mixat insa cu cladiri de birouri pentru marile firme multinationale ce angajeaza absolventi de IT ai Politehnicii Gheorghe Asachi din Iasi-ul devenit un Sillicon Green Valley al Romaniei, cu insertii rezidentiale si in special cu zone de loisir si multa verdeata, PALAS isi merita pe deplin locul langa cetatea de scaun a Moldovei.

Iata asadar, un ‘complex de asezaminte’ cum l-a descris o fata bisericeasca, dedicat sofisticatelor iesence, si complexului profil de cumparator iesean, chiar si celui cu viza de flotant.

D-l Israel, general managerul A.F.I. Cotroceni Palace din Bucuresti, prezent la rafinatul festin de deschidere de la curtea regala din Iasi si-a exprimat aprecierile si surprinderea vis a vis de scara investitiei (60.000 G.L.A. PALAS Iasi fata de 80.000 mp ale lui Palace Cotroceni) in raport cu puterea de cumparare a comunitatii.

Nu putem decat sa speram ca impulsul dat de o asemenea investitie, cea mai ampla si mai frumoasa din istoria recenta a comertului autohton va fi de bun augur!
